Best for around 6 months+ (when your baby is showing readiness signs), and it stays useful through the first year as you expand variety, textures, and meals.

We recommend joining this program when your baby is between 4-6 months old.
All research shows that starting solids at around 6 months is best. You’ll learn how to spot the signs that your baby is ready for solids in the program.
With that being said, if your baby is 6 -10 months, you are not too late and we still recommend you join!
You can start baby led weaning with 101 before one even if you’ve already tried introducing solids following another approach.
You’ll get so much out of this program and set yourself up for feeding your toddler with success when you join when your baby is older. Most of our families use the recipes and meal plans they gain in 101 before one into toddlerhood and well beyond!
